Safety Procedures

All Material Safety Data Sheets must be read by all operators


  • Eye Protection - safety glasses or full face mask must be used at all times
  • Respiratory Mask - must be used at all times
  • Plastic latex gloves - must be used at all times
  • Plastic Apron - must be used at all times for clothing protection


In Case Of A Spill - General For All Solutions

  • Isolate hazard area and keep people away.
  • Eliminate all sources of ignition.
  • Provide maximum ventilation.
  • Do not release into soil, sewers or rivers.
  • Wear proper protective equipment.
  • Carefully mop spill and triple rinse with water into a suitable plastic container.
  • Dispose of into Plating Solutions Waste Drum or suitable container.
  • If Eye Contact :- Flush eyes with clean water for 15 Minutes. Consult Doctor
  • If Skin Contact :- Flush with clean water for 15 Minutes.
  • Inhalation :- Remove to fresh air and loosen clothing.
  • Ingestion :- Do not induce vomiting, drink large quantities water or milk.
  • Skin Contact :- Wash Hands with cold soapy water
  • Must not be fushed in sewer or drain, neutralize with soda ash or lime
